Hello, I have recently been trying to grow mushrooms and recently I made a grow box for them. Any advice on mycelium? The temperature is 25°C and the humidity is quite high in my opinion. I provide light for the mushrooms with a 5300K LED lamp and during the day I put it in a closet when it is sunny

I've never done a SGFC but I know I've read they're outdated plenty of times. But that was for PFtek and I'm not sure if that applies to this because of the size of the cake.

I'm pretty sure you have way too many air holes though. I'd pretty much get rid of all the modifications and leave it in a empty tub. I'm also very new though and I'm sure someone very experienced will give you proper advice eventually.

The kit was a greenhouse on its own,
i see no benefits in relocating to a big tub.
Also a SGFC-style grow chamber doesn´t work the way you set it up.
My advice is doing a water tub.

Can I somehow improve the box I already have? I don't want to build the bathtub you recommend just yet. I'm new to growing mushrooms.

Already i glued half of the holes that were too many

Tape up every hole in the tub. Dump some, water in the bottom of it.

pour water into the perlite and seal literally all the holes?

I did as you recommended.I'll put the mushrooms up to the light right away
