  • Check the labels: Make sure to double check the ingredients list of any dry goods, packaged goods and sauces to ensure they don't contain any hidden gluten (especially if you're intolerant or allergic).
  • Stock up on naturally gluten-free foods: A lot of common foods are already naturally gluten-free. Stock up on gluten-free pantry staples like rice, lentils and quinoa.
